situaci\u00f3n adversa o dolosa por mucho que se esfuerce, ya que, sin importar lo que haga, no logra influir en los resultados obtenidos.<\/p><h5>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se da la indefensi\u00f3n aprendida?<\/h5><p>Cuando una persona termina convenci\u00e9ndose de que haga lo que haga, no lograr\u00e1 modificar una situaci\u00f3n, suele ocurrir que dejar\u00e1 de intentarlo.<\/p><p>Al no tener el control, comienzan a aparecer sentimientos como la frustraci\u00f3n y lo m\u00e1s probable es que la persona termine rindi\u00e9ndose y aceptando las cosas.<\/p><h5>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se relaciona con situaciones de violencia?<\/h5><p>Cuando hay casos de violencia y las v\u00edctimas han intentado defenderse, pero nada funciona porque las siguen violentando, su cerebro aprende a ya no hacerlos y a aceptar todo tipo de agresiones.<\/p><p>No es que no quieran cambiar la situaci\u00f3n, sin embargo, han aprendido que de nada sirve defenderse, por lo que terminan aceptando el maltrato.<\/p><h5>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo ayudar?<\/h5><p>Es importante considerar que si quieres ayudar a alguien que se encuentra en situaci\u00f3n de violencia y de indefensi\u00f3n aprendida, lo primero es no se\u00f1alar ni juzgar, ya que esto puede generar sentimiento de culpa, miedo o desconfianza.<\/p><p>Toma en cuenta que la violencia est\u00e1 normalizada, por laque puedes brindar la informaci\u00f3n que le facilite a la v\u00edctima, que est\u00e1 siendo violentadx.<\/p><p>Si la persona aun no se siente preparada para dejar la relaci\u00f3n o denunciar, no debes presionarle o forzarle.<\/p><p>Trata de entender que est\u00e1 atravesando por una situaci\u00f3n complicada, es importante que le muestres tu apoyo y le expongas que puede estar en
