class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De acuerdo con la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), \u00a0el acoso laboral o Mobbing, se define como el comportamiento agresivo de unx o m\u00e1s miembros de un equipo de trabajo hacia un individuo de dicho grupo, con el objetivo de producir miedo, desprecio o depresi\u00f3n en ese trabajador, hasta que renuncie o sea despedidx.<\/p><p>Te compartimos algunos ejemplos de esta conducta para que aprendas a identificar el Mobbing:<\/p><ul><li>Te asignan mucho m\u00e1s trabajo, en comparaci\u00f3n con otras personas de tu mismo rango.<\/li><li>Constantemente te amenazan con despedirte o con sancionarte econ\u00f3micamente.<\/li><li>Te gritan, exhiben, difaman o insultan en p\u00fablico o privado.<\/li><li>Te invisibilizan en la toma de decisiones, pese a que tengas un cargo que amerita que formes parte de ellas.<\/li><li>Tus propuestas y quejas son ridiculizadas o ignoradas.<\/li><li>Te culpan por los errores de otros.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Recuerda que puedes solicitar ayuda:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Puedes acudir a la Procuradur\u00eda<br \/>Federal de la Defensa del<\/li><li>Trabajo (PROFEDET) para recibir orientaci\u00f3n, asesor\u00eda y representaci\u00f3n legal gratuita<\/li><li>ante situaciones de discriminaci\u00f3n, acoso y hostigamiento laboral.<\/li><li>Comunicate al 0l
